What counts as one link?
One managed link is one independently tracked review destination. Multiple pieces of NFC hardware and QR codes can use the same managed link at no additional monthly cost. You only need another managed link when you want something tracked separately. For example, two employees tracked separately would require two links (£5/month).

Questions, answered
Do I need a managed link for every NFC product?
No. Multiple NFC products can use the same managed link. You only need additional links when you want products, employees, teams or locations to be managed or tracked separately.
How much does a managed link cost?
Each active managed review link costs £2.50 per month. Hardware is purchased separately at the managed hardware price.
Can I cancel a managed link?
Yes. Managed links can be cancelled at any time. When the subscription ends, the managed link and associated OneTapGo services are deactivated.
What's the difference between Managed and Direct?
Managed Links include analytics, tracking and remote destination management. Direct Links connect straight to your Google review page with no ongoing subscription, but do not include OneTapGo management or analytics.
Do customers need an app?
No. Customers simply tap the NFC product or scan the QR code where available.
Can I change my Google review link later?
With a Managed Link, yes. The destination can be changed remotely without replacing compatible hardware. Direct Links are fixed and may require the NFC product to be reprogrammed or replaced if the destination changes.
