By accessing or using the OneTapGo website (onetapgo.co.uk), customer portal, or any associated NFC products or services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and registered users. Additional terms may apply to specific products or services and will be presented at the point of purchase or sign-up.

OneTapGo provides NFC-enabled digital business card products and a cloud-based customer portal that allows users to manage their digital card profile, save contacts, and scan paper business cards.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

Full portal accounts are created by an OneTapGo administrator. Free "Card Bank" accounts may be created via the sign-up page.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password or allow others to access your account.

You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are used fraudulently, or are inactive for an extended period.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase our products.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Upload, store, or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening, or infringes any third-party intellectual property rights

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its underlying systems

• Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or any harmful code

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service without our written permission

• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend any account that we reasonably believe violates these rules.

All prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud or where a product is incorrectly priced.

NFC products are physical goods. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our returns policy for information on returns and refunds.

Digital services (portal access, card profiles) are provided on a subscription or licence basis as described at the point of purchase.

NFC cards and products are programmed to redirect to a URL of your choosing. You are solely responsible for the content at that destination URL.

OneTapGo is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or legality of any third-party content linked to via our NFC products.

We do not guarantee that NFC functionality will be compatible with all devices. Compatibility depends on the end user's device hardware and software.

You must not use OneTapGo NFC products to direct users to content that is illegal, harmful, or in violation of these Terms.

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service, including profile photos, banner images, and paper card images ("User Content").

By uploading User Content, you grant OneTapGo a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You warrant that you have the right to upload any User Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to remove User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

All content on the OneTapGo website and platform — including text, graphics, logos, software, and design — is owned by or licensed to OneTapGo and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any OneTapGo content without our prior written consent.

The OneTapGo name, logo, and tagline "One Tap. Instant Connection." are trademarks of OneTapGo. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OneTapGo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law.

On termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute informally before pursuing formal legal action.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do.

For material changes, we will notify registered users by email where practicable. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
